Your selection can include as many questions as you need. Select supports lots of question types: short text, long text, rich (formatted) text, number, multiple choice and file uploads. Responses can be mandatory or optional. Depending the question type, you can specify minimum and maximum responses, word limits, file type and size limits, valid date ranges and so on.
Define as many scoring criteria as you need for your process. Each criterion can be assessed on a scale you choose: number ranges, letter grades or pass / fail. Weight the criteria as you like. Select takes care of the calculations.
The selector takes out a subscription. Applicants and assessors use the system, subject to the limits of the subscription plan.

As a selector, you can send announcements to the applicants. You decide who is to receive the emailed announcements (applicants with lodged or draft submissions, applicants high-scoring submissions, etc).
Select respects privacy. For example, applicant details are hidden from selectors until each submission is lodged, and applicants never see assessment details. Responses to questions marked as sensitive are visible only to some selector personnel.
